Tashia: A Vision of Strength, Beauty & Resilience** Born and raised under the golden California sun in Valencia, Tashia is a true Cali girl at heart. For over two decades, she has made waves in the world of commercial and print modeling, carving a name for herself in the swimwear industry—a space where confidence meets the ocean breeze. Her career has taken her from the vibrant streets of LA and Hollywood to the coastal elegance of Orange County and San Diego, with modeling assignments leading her across 17 states.

Standing at barely 5'5", Tashia has defied the industry's towering expectations, proving that true presence isn't measured in inches but in the fire within. Rejection knocked at her door often, but she refused to let it define her. Instead, she became a force, turning setbacks into stepping stones, modeling not just swimwear but also beauty, intimates, and fashion with grace and poise.

At just 26, life threw her an unimaginable challenge—a vertebral artery dissection and a cerebral brain aneurysm. Faced with brain surgery, she fought through the storm, emerging not just as a survivor but as a warrior. Her strength is stitched into every step she takes, a testament to resilience, courage, and an unbreakable spirit. Beyond the runway and flashing cameras,

Tashia’s greatest role is being a mother to two incredible daughters. She is determined to raise them to be fierce, independent, and unapologetically themselves—just as she has learned to be.

Her dream extends beyond personal success; she wants to inspire young girls and women everywhere to embrace their uniqueness, follow their hearts, and chase their dreams fearlessly. Tashia isn’t just a model—she’s a story of perseverance, a beacon of empowerment, and living proof that strength is the most beautiful thing a woman can wear.

Brain Aneurysm Survivor!

My Health Journey
In Jun 2013, I was went to the emergency room with a pounding headache, neck pain like I've never felt before, teeth chattering and blurred vision amongst other things. I was diagnosed with a Vertebral Artery Dissection. It is a tear in the wall of your Vertebral Artery. I was immediately taken to the ICU for about 5 days. I was laced on blood thinners and told I had a 50/50 chance of my Artery Healing! Well 3 Months later when I got my scans done... Great News... My Artery was Healed!!! On the Other Hand... they told me that in the midst f all these tests, they had found a Cerebral Brain Aneurysm in my Carotid Artery! Mind you they also told me with all these health conditions that I should not have kids as I am at huge risk of not making it through a pregnancy in my condition. Well surprise! I was also pregnant with my 1st daughter! So they monitored me throughout my whole pregnancy and allowed me to continue with my birth plan. The aneurysm stayed nice and small and did not change with my first pregnancy. I had to get an MRI once a year to check it. Fast forward 4 years and I was again pregnant with my 2nd daughter. This time I had to get several tests and several doctors "approvals" before continuing with my pregnancy. I was monitored my whole pregnancy. It was a very painful and hard pregnancy. By the end of the pregnancy, the bad news came.. my aneurysm had grown. Which means a sign of rupture is on the way. As soon as I had my daughter via c-section early with no pushing for m y own safety, I had to prepare for my brain surgery. A mother's worst nightmare. I layed with both my daughter's the night before my surgery to put them to sleep. I didn't know what was coming the next day. As I woke up at 4am to leave for the hospital, I stared at both of them sleeping so peacefully in their beds. It was the hardest thing I ever had to prepare for. Ever. I did not say goodbye.. I said I will see you soon. I went into my brain surgery knowing that I had two little girls who needed a mother to wake up to. They needed a mother to fight for them. My surgery was a success. Aneurysms so not go away but thy can be stopped. Unfortunately the body is a tricky thing and there is no telling how weak or strong my artery is around the aneurysm where the blood pushes. So far my last 3 procedures have been good and positive outcomes. Now I have to get checked once a year for the rest of my life. I'll take that over dying any day! God is good!
